2. Booking & Ticketing

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event date. Sunshine Horizon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Artist Bookings

Artist availability is subject to confirmation. A deposit is required to secure any booking. Full terms are outlined in individual booking contracts provided by our agency team.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to disrupt events. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Sunshine Horizon Agency and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Horizon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or attendance at our events.
